Sushi Circle – Terms & Conditions for Pre-Ordering Platters
These terms & conditions set out the basis on which customers ("you") can pre-order platters from your selected Sushi Circle kiosk or restaurant ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully as they contain important information. You can find everything you need to know about Sushi Circle products on the website (https://viewthe.menu/tv9a ).
1. Placing an Order
- Pre-order forms are available at our sushi kiosks in-store.
- You must complete a pre-order form with clear details of the required products and submit it either:
- in-store, at which point you will be provided with a receipt confirming a collection order number and the date and time for collection; or
- via email to sushicircle@wonderfieldgroup.com , Please note your order has not been accepted until you receive a collection order number and date and time for collection.
- The option to pre-order platters is available at select participating Sushi Circle kiosks and restaurants only. Orders are always subject to availability and production capacity in-store.
2. Large Orders
- For orders of more than 3 platters ("Large Orders"), you must place the order in-store and payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
3. Collection
- Pre-ordered platters will be available for collection between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM on the agreed collection date, or at an alternative time agreed with a staƯ member in writing.
- At the time of collection, you must: (a) present a valid collection order number or receipt for a pre-paid large order; and (b) unless you are collecting a pre-paid Large Order, make payment for your order. We reserve the right to refuse to release an order if payment or the required proof of order is not provided.
- Images shown online or in-store are for reference only – because our sushi platters are handmade, the actual appearance, packaging, and colours may vary slightly.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Because our platters are made to order, you must make any changes or cancellations to orders at least 24 hours prior to the agreed date and time of collection. Changes and cancellations must be made in-store or via email using the email address set out above.
- Changes or cancellations of orders may not be eligible for a full refund if they are not made within the required notice period.
- If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days.
5. Liability
- We do our best to ensure all orders are prepared as requested. However, we are not responsible for losses you suƯer if the loss is:
- unexpected and it was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it;
- caused by a delaying event outside our control (including but not limited to traƯic or emergencies); or
- something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including but not limited to any failure to collect an order within the agreed time or if you provide incorrect or incomplete information on the order form.
6. Food Safety and Allergens
- All platters are prepared to order for the agreed collection time. To ensure food quality and safety, please store and consume the platter as directed. We are not responsible for products once collected.
- Our food is freshly prepared and may contain or come into contact with allergens. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please speak to a member of staƯ before placing your order. While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Legal and Regulatory
Your chosen Sushi Circle kiosk or restaurant may be operated by independent franchisees. All franchisees are independently responsible for their legal and regulatory compliance and for any issues regarding any orders relating to the applicable kiosk or restaurant.
